Job Position: Stampatore flessografico

Riportando al Responsabile del reparto Stampa, il/la candidato/a dovrà occuparsi della conduzione di macchina da stampa all’acqua, 8 colori con tamburo centrale per imballaggio flessibile.

Attività

  • Conduzione macchina da stampa flessografica
  • Gestione della colorimetria
  • Utilizzo dei sistemi di controllo colore e qualità secondo procedure aziendali
  • Rispetto delle procedure di certificazione BRC e ISO

Sono richieste 

  • Conoscenza dei processi di stampa, dei materiali e della colorimetria
  • Conoscenza sistemi informatici

Job Position: Financial Planning and Analysis

Reporting to the Administration, Finance and Control Manager, the candidate must ensure at Group level, the management of operational and financial plans, periodic budgets and forecasts and analysis of variances by interfacing with all company areas (sales, operations, marketing, tresury, accounting) and guaranteeing the information necessary to support the Management in the strategic decisions of the Group. He will be involved in strategic M&A and process optimization projects in order to improve the Group’s performance, minimize risks and seize business opportunities.

Description of the role

  • Development and implementation of tools and systems for forecasting and budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Preparation of reporting that provides the Management and Senior Management with information relating to:
    • Analysis of margins by segment (Business Unit, product, customer, market, etc.)
    • Analysis of variances
    • Update of forecasts and assessment of risks and opportunities with respect to business plans
      supporting the Management and Senior Management in identifying opportunities to optimize company performance and achieve the defined objectives.

The role will aim to develop into a Group function after about 12 months to align systems and tools.

In addition, the following are required:

  • Strong communication skills to foster cooperation with all teams and related functions within the Group

Job Position: Corporate Secretary

Reporting to the Administration, Finance and Control Manager, the candidate will have to deal with the management of contracts, disputes and corporate activities in general, providing assistance and support to the Management and colleagues from the different company areas. It will also take care of all coordination and support activities for the Board of Directors, also interfacing with external consultants.

Description of the role

  • Management of company contracts;
  • Management of disputes;
  • Assistance to the corporate bodies (BoD, Shareholders’ Meetings, Boards of Statutory Auditors, Supervisory Body) of the Italian company and the Holding and support for the secretarial activities of the Board of Directors, coordination and collection of the necessary documentation for the meetings;
  • Convocation and verbalization of the meetings of the Corporate Bodies and relative transcription in the company books;
  • Verification and monitoring of the obligations connected with the resolutions of the Corporate Bodies;
  • Monitoring of the regulations in force (eg Law 231, GDPR etc);
  • Management of relations with insurance brokers and related practices;
  • Management of relations with external parties such as auditors, consultants, lawyers, customers and suppliers, etc.;
    Preparation of area reports.

Job position: Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Reporting directly into the Operations Manager this is a ‘hands on’ role with responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and logistics function within the Extrusion division.

Day to day activities will include:

  • Effectively manage an accurate and efficient goods in / goods out operation
  • Organise, manage and motivate the Warehouse/Logistics team to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse and logistics operation
  • Manage Warehouse/Logistics budget to ensure costs maintained within agreed parameters and report on same
  • Maintain effective liaison with third party transport/off site storage provider to ensure business needs and customer requirements are met on time and in full
  • Organise and manage on and off site stock levels and ‘call off’ as appropriate
  • Effective use of the warehouse management system
  • Conduct perpetual stock control/regular stock takes ensuring stock levels are accurate to enable effective planning for future stock requirements
  • Management of Company vehicle maintenance schedule and associated activities
  • Production of accurate and timely management information and reports
  • Ensure H&S requirements are met within the operation function, reporting feedback, and following procedures where required
  • Manage fork truck fleet, liaising with suppliers to oversee planned and ad hoc maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment
  • Manage Optafleet system, taking required actions and reporting accordingly
  • Ensure a clean, organised, and well-maintained warehouse facility
  • Contribute to the business by identifying opportunities for improving working practices, processes and/or procedures based on experience

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous experience within a Logistics and Warehouse environment.  Applicants should also have:

  • Proven record of managing and co-ordinating people and processes
  • Current Forklift Licence
  • CPC knowledge/qualification
  • Competent in the use of IT systems, experience of NAV / ERP systems would be highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally at all levels
  • Able to prioritise a varied workload to meet operational demands

Job position: QHSE Officer

Working as part of the Operations team, this is a ‘hands on’ role with the jobholder having responsibility for the maintenance and management of QHSE systems, processes and policies.

Day to day activities will include:

  • Maintain, implement site QHSE processes and policies
  • Ensure all QHSE assurance and accreditations are maintained; utilising internal and external audits to measure compliance and improvements
  • Maintain QHSE continuous improvement plans, processes, monitoring and reporting on outcomes
  • Carry out regular process/system audits and site inspections accurately recording and reporting non conformances and supporting the implementation of corrective and preventative actions
  • Produce, review and maintain risk assessments, safe systems of work and other QHSE documents as required and outlined in the Company management systems
  • Produce accurate and timely QHSE information and management reports
  • Provide support to Management on all matters regarding QHSE
  • Investigate quality incidents and customer complaints, providing timely response and remedial actions
  • Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, identifying and implementing remedial actions

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an QHSE role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.  Applicants should also have;

  • Good knowledge of BRC Food Packaging, ISO9001, 45001 and 14001 Standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Continuous improvement mentality and receptive to change
  • Strong IT skills especially using Microsoft Word, Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Position: Responsabile di laboratorio

Riportando al Responsabile R&D Innovation, la risorsa si occuperà di programmare, coordinare e controllare la conduzione delle prove di laboratorio, verificare i risultati e renderli disponibili alle altre funzioni aziendali; collaborare, ove richiesto e necessario, allo sviluppo tecnologico aziendale nei progetti di ricerca e sviluppo.

Attività

  • Coordinamento e controllo delle attività dell’addetto di laboratorio
  • Stesura, revisione e modifica di procedure e documenti tecnici riguardanti le analisi di laboratorio
  • Messa a punto di nuove tecniche di analisi in accordo con le normative tecniche internazionali
  • Gestione dei contatti con i laboratori esterni accreditati
  • Verifica dell’efficienza dei mezzi, delle attrezzature, e della strumentazione di prova ed effettuazione delle opportune tarature; coordinamento con il proprio responsabile per la richiesta di un eventuale intervento da parte della manutenzione
  • Monitoraggio degli sviluppi tecnici dell’ambito di competenza
  • Predisposizione ed esecuzione delle prove di laboratorio sui materiali
  • Valutazione dei test ottenuti in laboratorio e verifica dei procedimenti seguiti
  • Supporto alle altre funzioni aziendali nel corretto utilizzo delle metodologie di prova e nella scelta e predisposizione delle attrezzature

Sono richieste 

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office
  • Ottima conoscenza delle metodologie analitiche concernenti l’ambito dell’analisi chimica e della principale strumentazione correlata
  • Laurea triennale o specialistica in Chimica (preferibilmente con competenze sui materiali polimerici)
  • Esperienza pregressa in laboratorio analitico
  • Dinamismo
  • Curiosità e predisposizione all’analisi e al dettaglio

Sono inoltre gradite
